Radio Requirements
The EPP-38 can be setup with two different servo setups. One is with mini or micro servos in the wing panels for the ailerons with a standard servo for the elevator. The second is with standard servos for both ailerons and elevator. The second servo choice requires the aileron servos to be located in the outer fuselages because the wing has thinned down considerably out where the ailerons sit. With either servo setup that you choose a two or more channel radio setup is required.

The Kit
The kit includes: two EPP wing core panels with spar slots cut into the wing cores for easy installation, three EPP fuselages with most of the contour cuts already made, pre-cut corrugated plastic tail sections, basswood spars and joiners, basswood sub-trailing edge, balsa ailerons, hardware package and detailed instructions on how to build the aircraft. All you will need is your radio equipment, strapping tape, Goop like Shoe Goo, a little epoxy, covering and some time. Most of the detailed cutting has already been done in order to keep building time to a minimum.

The Plane
If you have been looking for a unique airplane like a P-38 and haven’t been able to find one, HERE IT IS!! In fact that is the reason why I designed it because I couldn’t find one either. This plane will amaze you with its flight performance. Although the three fuselages provide some frontal drag this plane will move out and even penetrate quite well. Stall characteristics are very gentle so you don’t have to be an expert to fly one. Let me know what you think!!!!! Ability Level Recommended for intermediate and advanced builders and pilots.
